Alex is a career problem solver, with over 25 years experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior to founding Ronayne Owens in 2010, Alex worked with several Sydney firms and acted on behalf of some of Australia’s major finance companies. Today, he brings a level of service and expertise often reserved for ASX 200 companies to companies of all sizes.
His experience covers a broad spectrum, including banking and finance law, transactional business law, property law (including conveyancing and leasing), insolvency, debt recovery and family provision claims.
He works closely with clients to streamline the legal process and achieve the best possible outcome every time.
Luke Owens
Director
Luke is a secured private lending specialist, drawing on over 20 years of expertise in finance, commercial and property law.
Before coming on board in 2012, Luke practiced extensively in Sydney and Melbourne— eventually becoming a partner and manager of the Melbourne office of a national law firm. Now, as director at Ronayne Owens, he works closely with clients
right across Australia.
His experience covers all aspects of private lending, commercial loans, mortgage enforcement, litigation and property transactions—including residential and commercial conveyancing.
Luke has built a leading team to help clients achieve the best possible transaction outcomes and realise their business goals.
